What You Can Expect Working 1:1 With Me As Your Sleep Coach
My goal for you and your family is pretty simple - to get your little one sleeping through the night. That means 11-12 hours!
To reach that goal gently AND quickly, we’ll be following the proven Sleep Sense framework that has worked for over 100,000 families and counting!
Most of my clients see a dramatic improvement in the length and quality of their child’s nighttime sleep in one week or less! But please remember, every child is unique and your child’s sleep plan will be customized.
This is how we’ll do it.

By getting a detailed snapshot of your child’s sleep habits, bedtime routine, temperment and schedule, I’ll be able to create a customized sleep plan that fits YOUR family’s needs.

We’ll meet privately on a video call to review your custom sleep plan. I will explain exactly what you should do at bedtime, when your child wakes at night, and naptimes. We’ll go over everything you need to know thoroughly, and I’ll be able to answer any questions you have to make sure you have a clear understanding of the process before implementing your sleep plan.

In order to make sure you never feel alone or “stuck” during this process, you’ll be getting 2-3 weeks of support via my coaching app. My eyes will be on your sleep log daily to make sure everything is on track, provide feedback, and to help you troubleshoot anything that comes up.

Once your little one is sleeping through the night, you will receive my Farewell Package to guide you through any future challenges (traveling, illness, teething, etc.)
